Rooms are opened depending on the season and the number of people.<\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum stay<br \/> <\/b>Minimum of 2 nights. In summer, weekly rental.<\/p>\n<p><b>Check-in and check-out<br \/><\/b>Weekend: check-in on Friday from 16:00, check-out on Sunday at the same time.<br \/>Full week: check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.<\/p>\n<p><b>Event space capacity<br \/><\/b>Espai Vallfort can accommodate up to 200 people for weddings and events.<\/p>\n<p><b>Reservation<br \/><\/b>To confirm the reservation, a deposit (approx. 30-50% of the total amount) must be paid, and the bank confirmation must be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving the reservation email (for last-minute bookings, the same day). The payment should be made to the provided bank account, indicating the name of VALLFORT and the reservation date. If the bank confirmation is not received within the established period, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice and made available to other potential clients.<\/p>\n<p><b>Payment methods<br \/><\/b>The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the house (ALWAYS upon key handover) or by bank transfer at least 14 days before check-in, sending the payment receipt and notifying in advance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Security deposit<br \/><\/b>Upon arrival at the house, a security deposit of \u20ac500 will be required. For groups of adults under 26 years old and other events such as weddings, communions, etc., please inquire about reservation conditions.<br \/>The security deposit covers, among other things, damage to furniture, leaving the house untidy, and failure to separate waste into glass, containers, and placing it in the designated trash area outside the country house.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellations<br \/><\/b>No charges will apply for cancellations communicated 60 days in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations within the last 60 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount already paid.<\/p>\n<p><b>Waste<br \/><\/b>Garbage collection is door-to-door, and only properly separated waste will be collected.<br \/>Containers: Yellow (plastic containers and cans), blue (paper and cardboard), black (rest), brown (organic), green (glass). If any of the containers is missing, it is necessary to leave the waste inside a closed bag in the container area.<\/p>\n<p><b>Noise<br \/><\/b>Noise regulations must be respected (sound system hours, alcohol consumption in public spaces, etc.) that apply throughout the municipality. The maximum decibel level allowed outdoors is 40db until 22:00, and it is prohibited after this hour. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a report to the competent authority and the corresponding financial penalty.<\/p>\n<p><b>Music<br \/><\/b>Music is not allowed outdoors after 22:00, to avoid disturbing the neighbors. If you wish to play music after 22:00, it is only possible indoors in the press room, with the door to the parking lot closed and avoiding noise in the parking area.<br \/>The entry of powerful speakers or mixing tables is not allowed without prior authorization throughout the country house. This may result in the loss of the security deposit.<br \/>For weddings, only the guests of the country house will have access to the house, avoiding playing music or making noises that could disturb the neighbors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pets<br \/><\/b>Dogs and cats are not allowed inside the country house for hygiene reasons, unless prior express authorization is obtained before booking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70898e5 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"70898e5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b5743d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b5743d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Access<\/b><br \/>Access to the country house is exclusive to those staying overnight, and the property must be informed in advance. Under no circumstances are individuals allowed who have not been previously informed, either inside the house or in the porch with barbecue, garden, or pool. In the case of invited guests, with prior authorization, additional fees may apply.<br \/>Any catering or service provider must be informed to the property to ensure compliance with the house rules.<\/p>\n<p><b>Equipment<\/b><br \/>The rental includes: bed and bath linens, running water and electricity, appliances, tableware, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, furniture, and cleaning before check-in and after the User\u2019s stay. During the stay, cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. In the case the house is returned in poor cleaning or order condition, both indoors and outdoors, the cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit, as well as any misuse, breakage, or missing linens, decorative items, utensils, or furniture.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fireworks<\/b><br \/>Any pyrotechnic act and sparklers are expressly prohibited. Lighting a fire is also prohibited, except in areas explicitly designated for that purpose. The use of \u201cconfetti\u201d is also prohibited both indoors and outdoors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Smoking<\/b><br \/>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the country house, both in common areas and rooms.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pool<\/b><br \/>The pool does not have lifeguard or surveillance services for swimmers.<br \/>Access and use of the pool are prohibited for minors under 14 years old without the presence of a responsible adult.<br \/>The user is responsible for the proper use of the pool area and any accidents that occur there.<br \/>The use of any glass materials (glasses, plates, etc.) is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of users.<br \/>We inform you that the obligations of lifeguard and surveillance presence in the sections above are excluded for pools integrated in tourist accommodations under the residential-rural house model regulated by Decree 214\/1995, dated June 27 (DOGC no. 2085, 7.8.1995).<\/p>\n<p><b>Termination<\/b><br \/>The owner may automatically terminate the contract in the following cases:<br \/>Access by occupants, pets, or providers not previously authorized by the property.<br \/>The assignment or subletting of all or part of the property covered by this contract.<br \/>Misuse of the facilities or non-compliance with the previously established rules.<br \/>Taking interior furniture outside (tables, chairs, television, etc.).<br \/>Removing or relocating any decorative item from rooms and lounges.<br \/>Non-compliance with usual standards of civility, hygiene, coexistence, or public order.<\/p>\n<p><b>Exclusions of responsibility<\/b><br \/>Theft, loss, or damage that clients may suffer during their stay in the rented accommodations.<br \/>Power, water, or gas supply cuts.<br \/>The breakage of appliances or any other device that is part of the accommodation must be immediately communicated so we can notify the appropriate Technical Service, but failure of this service to assist will not be grounds for any compensation.<br \/>Works carried out by the municipality or other companies outside the house that may affect the normal development of the client&#8217;s stay.<br \/>Any force majeure, natural or similar causes that prevent the enjoyment of the house\u2019s facilities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb6829d elementor-hidden-desktop elementor-hidden-tablet e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cb6829d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-728ece4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-n-accordion\" data-id=\"728ece4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;default_state&quot;:&quot;all_collapsed&quot;,&quot;max_items_expended&quot;:&quot;one&quot;,&quot;n_accordion_animation_duration&quot;:{&quot;unit&quot;:&quot;ms&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:400,&quot;sizes&quot;:[]}}\" data-widget_type=\"nested-accordion.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-n-accordion\" aria-label=\"Accordion.
